The bathroom is the room where a design either earns its keep or falls apart: every material, fixture, and light source sits within arm’s reach, and there is nowhere for a weak detail to hide. This bathroom 3D rendering presents a residential bathroom designed to feel calm, bright, and spa-like, with a second bathroom view showing the same material language carried through a different layout.
Alongside the bathrooms, the set includes two further interior views: a residential tower lobby and a workspace interior, rendered in the same photorealistic style. Together they show how a consistent approach to materials, lighting, and camera work can carry a whole interior package.
The Brief
The brief called for interior 3D visualization that could communicate finished spaces before they were built. For the bathrooms, that meant showing how the layout would actually work: the walk-in shower, the double vanity, the storage, and the daylight from the window, all in one honest view. The supporting lobby and workspace views needed the same treatment: materials and lighting that read clearly, and a sense of how people would move through each space.
Because these renders were created to support marketing and client presentations, they had to do more than document the design. They had to make a viewer feel what it would be like to stand in the room.

Design Approach
Bathroom 3D rendering is a materials game. In the hero bathroom, a marble-look vanity and wall surfaces are balanced against warm wood slat detailing, so the room feels refined rather than cold. The glass shower partition keeps the space open and lets daylight travel across the room, while the backlit mirror, recessed ceiling lights, and twin pendant lamps layer the lighting so the room reads well in both day and evening conditions.
Camera angles are kept at eye level, the position a homeowner would actually stand in. The first bathroom view frames the full room: shower, vanity, mirror, and window. The second bathroom view shifts to the opposite end, showing the vanity, toilet, and storage in a single composition. Props are kept purposeful: folded towels, toiletries, a plant, and a bath mat, enough to make the room feel lived in without cluttering the design.
The lobby view applies the same discipline at a larger scale: polished marble flooring, warm metallic accents, statement ceiling lighting, and decorative sculpture give the tower entrance a distinct identity. The workspace view keeps the focus on daylight and function, with multiple screens, desks, and planting arranged so the room feels productive and calm.
